Brody trucked along at my heels as usual  - and enjoyed deadfall apples very much.

with wooding , and hay collecting - got a small bale's worth of nice hay off the left overs from the big equipment ... the bunnies will be thrilled :)

working on the garlic harvest - sorting what to use and what to plant ... trimming a little ..

We had a lovely walk - started with tidying up the path to the pond field ... to think in the fall of 2008 you couldn't see this was a lane way!

Riker was wonderful - supple, engaged, smooth - what a good boy he is.

Gwen, the foal, was just adorable ...

What fun it was riding SEVEN times this summer ...unfit and strange to much fitter and smoother myself ... Nelly, Riker, and Katie - you made summer complete in a way I hadn't realized I'd been missing.
